Andron Stainless manufactures custom stainless steel tube fittings, valves, tubing, accessories and other fabrications for the food and dairy, beverage, chemical and semiconductor sectors. The product portfolio spans clamp fittings, sanitary fittings, industrial fittings, bevel‑seat and eyeline fittings, as well as tubing, hangers, valves, sight glasses, sanitary strainers, gaskets and high‑viscosity pumps. Additional offerings include instrument tees, cam‑lock adapters, long‑sweep elbows, dip‑tube adapters, close‑tolerance fittings, valve and pump end modifications, spool pieces and gauge adapters. Standard surface finishes are 180‑grit on the interior and 150‑grit on the exterior, with the capability to achieve a 320‑grit polish when required. Production capabilities are supported by modern equipment that enables customization across a size range from 0.5 in. to 12 in. Complementary processes such as welding, polishing, machining, sawing and bespoke fabrication are also available.
