Applied Companies designs and manufactures HVAC and power‑generation solutions for defense and aerospace applications. The firm engineers, designs and fabricates a full line of HVAC chillers, thermal‑management systems, power‑generation units and environmental control units (ECUs). Its thermal‑management expertise is focused on high‑energy laser systems used in defense. Applied Companies also equips military rigid‑walled shelters—specifically the S788 and S250 models—with ECUs, gas‑particulate filtration units (GPFUs) and personnel vent fans (PVFs). Additionally, Applied Companies has demonstrated capability to meet the 400 Hz power requirement for aerospace mobile fly‑away packages.
