Arc Controls, Inc. designs, fabricates, manufactures, and repairs ASME‑approved pressure vessels and tanks (V, R, and S code stamps) with diameters up to 12 feet. The company also produces heat exchangers, providing field machining of flanges and sealing surfaces ranging from 2 inches to 60 inches, as well as dive chambers, scrubbers, columns, reactors, steam drums, headers, and a full suite of process piping and equipment. In addition, Arc Controls, Inc. manufactures rock‑crusher rolls, wear‑resistant weld overlays, trunnion rolls, and shafts, and it offers in‑house heat treating, stress‑relieving, and precision machining services.
