Arntzen Pipe manufactures large‑diameter carbon‑steel casing pipes and caissons, offering both custom‑fabricated and off‑the‑shelf solutions. The plant’s production line can cut, roll, bend, and weld steel to meet precise project specifications. Caissons are produced with a variety of built‑in features such as twisting slots, picking eyes, reinforcement bands, cutting teeth, and cutting shoes. Customers may select from several coating systems, including coal‑tar epoxy, black bituminous, and a universal primer. The facility is equipped to produce pipes and caissons with diameters from 24 inches up to 192 inches, lengths up to 120 inches, and wall thicknesses ranging between 0.312 in and 2 in. Standard pipe inventory covers outer diameters of 30 in to 48 in, wall thicknesses of 0.312 in to 0.812 in, and a fixed length of 20 in. These products are applied in air shafts, auger boring, barge spuds, deep‑foundation and directional‑drilling operations, slip lining, tunneling, structural casing, and related uses. Arntzen Pipe serves the underground construction, marine, and municipal sectors.
