B&E ENT provides full‑service tube bending, fabrication and machining for a broad spectrum of retail, commercial, industrial and government applications. The firm supports sectors that include aircraft, aerospace, military, mass‑transit, medical, dental, marine, boat racing, motorcycle, fitness, truck, bicycle, food, furniture, sports and display markets, handling projects from initial prototype concepts through high‑volume production runs of several thousand units. Round‑tube bending capabilities cover diameters from 1/16 in. up to 8 in., while square and rectangular tubes can be formed from ½ × ½ in. to 4 × 4 in. Oval tubes are bendable between ½ in. and 4 in., and solid steel bars up to 3 in. in diameter are also processed. Wall thicknesses range from 0.010 in. to 0.500 in. Materials routinely worked include mild steel, chromoly, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, Inconel, copper, nickel, brass and galvanized steel. Additional capabilities encompass CNC lathe operations, drilling, tapping, milling, precision TIG and spot welding, cutting, polishing, deburring and swaging.
