U.S. Casting Co. manufactures custom castings for a broad spectrum of applications. Its product line encompasses abrasion‑resistant, wear‑resistant, corrosion‑resistant, annealed, machined, tempered, heat‑treated, bridge, cope and drag, crusher, floor‑mold, heavy or large, high‑tensile, investment, loose‑pattern, lost‑foam, no‑bake, prototype, pump, sand, structural and valve castings. Each casting can be produced in weights ranging from 10 lb. up to 8,000 lb. The material portfolio includes carbon steel, low‑ to medium‑alloy steel, Ni‑Hard iron, gray iron and ductile iron. In‑house capabilities cover heat treating, annealing, machining, normalizing, quenching, tempering and a variety of finishing operations. U.S. Casting Co. supplies its products to gear manufacturers, pump and valve makers, steel mills, mining‑equipment builders, railroad and transportation firms, power‑generation equipment producers, machine‑tool manufacturers and oil‑field equipment suppliers.
