Curtis Products, LLC provides precision screw‑machine components and contract machining of OEM parts. The operation is ISO 9001:2000 certified and can produce parts ranging from 1⁄16 in. to 1 5⁄8 in. in diameter and up to 8 in. long, using both common and exotic metals. Tight tolerances are maintained for applications in medical, electrical, electronics, firearms, hydraulics/pneumatics, sensors, controls, valves and other high‑precision sectors. More than 40 cam and CNC machines equipped with special attachments support secondary processes, while a comprehensive quality‑control program incorporates engineering best practices, statistical process control of critical dimensions, detailed reporting and certification. Secondary capabilities include milling, drilling, tapping, swaging and piercing. The company also leverages kanban, demand forecasting, Just‑in‑Time delivery, electronic data interchange, computerized job tracking, bar‑coding and a range of specialized certifications to serve distributors. In‑house finishing, assembly and packaging services are available to complete the value chain.
