Hexpol Compounding Burton Rubber Processing produces thermoset and thermoplastic elastomer rubbers as well as roll compounds for customers worldwide, operating under ISO/TS 16949:2002, ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 certifications and applying lean Six Sigma methodologies. The product portfolio includes elastomer compounds such as FKM, EPDM, SBR, HNBR, natural rubber, CPE, NBR, PVC‑blend and XNBR. In addition, the company offers a range of proprietary rubber additives, including dispersed accelerators, fillers, vulcanizers, tackifiers, curing agents, bonding agents, colorants and mold lubricants. Toll‑mixing capabilities cover tread, retread, sidewall, coating stocks, bead, inner‑liner, bladder mixing and white‑compounding applications.
