Its in‑house job‑shop capabilities cover boring, broaching, counterboring, countersinking, drilling, facing, gear hobbing, knurling, milling, parting, cutting, pocketing, profiling, reaming, spline cutting, tapping, thread milling, threading and turning. Thomas Plastic Machinery Inc. also provides ancillary services such as rigging, machinery relocation, construction, electrical work, shipping, painting, sandblasting, finite‑element stress analysis, infrared scanning, operator training, control‑system retrofitting, as well as repair and ongoing maintenance.
