Tube‑Tec Bending delivers precision pipe, tube and structural‑steel bending, cold‑rolling, and custom fabrication services. The shop can form angles and helical coils up to 8 in., pipe up to 12 in., and a range of tubes, channels, bars and beams as large as 20 in. It handles both “easy‑way” and “hard‑way” bends for bars, beams, flanges (out and in), web channels, leg‑out and leg‑in angles, square‑bar sections, as well as stem‑out, stem‑in and stem‑up tees, and ball‑out, ball‑in and ball‑up rail configurations. Square, rectangular and round tubing are also available. All bending operations are performed to match the customer’s design specifications. The facility works with a broad spectrum of alloys, including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless, copper, brass, aluminum and other exotic materials. In addition to bending, Tube‑Tec Bending designs and manufactures custom tooling for unique projects. Its customer base spans aerospace, structural‑steel fabrication, commercial‑lighting, subsea vessels and public‑sector construction projects at the city, county and state levels. Operations comply with OSHA safety standards.
