Pentaflex, Inc. provides contract manufacturing of metal stampings and weldments that span light, medium and heavy gauge. The facility holds TS 16949:2009 certification and operates mechanical presses ranging from 75 to 1500 tons and hydraulic presses from 650 to 2300 tons. In‑house value‑added processes include welding, machining and assembly, while JIT production, EDI ordering and barcoding are also available. Painting, plating, powder coating and heat‑treating are performed by outsourced partners. Pentaflex serves the heavy‑truck, automotive, appliance, lawn and garden, and broader industrial markets.
