Company record
Thermal Conductive Bonding delivers elastomer molding, silicone coating, sputtering and engineering services to a range of high‑technology markets. The company operates under ISO 9001:2000 certification and offers sputtering processes tailored for semiconductors, compact discs, disk drivers and other optical devices. Bonding options comprise both indium and elastomer solutions, with the elastomer bond holding a NASA A rating. Elastomer molding capabilities cover hard and soft formulations, as well as variants that provide high dielectric strength or high electrical conductivity while maintaining thermal conductivity. Silicone coating is applied in layers ranging from 15 nm to 30 nm, and metal contamination is controlled through ICPMS and SIMS analysis. Engineering expertise includes the design of rotational vacuum fixtures capable of handling 110 × 120 in. target assemblies, custom core‑heating systems for indium bonding, and the development of thick‑film silicon coatings used on ion‑implant wheels.
