R & S Specialties delivers die‑cutting and thermal‑forming solutions for a broad range of industries. The company works with materials such as rubber, foam, Lexan®, Nomex®, Kapton®, vinyl, paper, chipboard, PETG and ABS. Its thermal‑forming capability includes high‑knife equipment up to three inches, thin‑gauge processing, clean‑room compatible operations, and polycarbonate dies. R & S Specialties also engineers custom steel‑rule dies and produces thermoformed components, including blisters, clamshells and trays. Design input can range from hand‑crafted samples to fully detailed CAD DXF files.
