D.E.B. Manufacturing, Inc. designs and builds custom dampers that are certified to AS9100 Rev. B and ISO 9001:2008 standards. The dampers can be configured for damping rates from 0.5 lb·rad⁻¹·s⁻¹ up to 200,000 lb·rad⁻¹·s⁻¹, handle input torques as high as 4,000 in·lb, operate across a temperature range of –54 °C to +74 °C, and weigh between 3.75 oz and 11 oz. Each unit features an anodized aluminum‑alloy housing and a heat‑treated stainless‑steel vane shaft that is supported by ball bearings. In addition to dampers, D.E.B. Manufacturing produces compression molds used for rubber forming. The company’s production capabilities include CNC machining and CAD‑based design engineering. Its products are applied to aircraft flight‑control damping, vibration mitigation for sensitive electronic assemblies, and rate‑limiting functions in spacecraft and various industrial mechanisms, and they comply with MIL‑I‑45208 specifications.
