Centricity manufactures indexing machinery, offering rotary tables and complete indexing automation systems. The product line features an open‑center configuration, programmable motion control, turnkey installation, plug‑and‑play readiness, electronic torque control, and oversized tooling‑ring bearings. Automatic indexing solutions are built on an open‑center rotary chassis with an aluminum tooling ring, legs equipped with adjustable leveling pads, and a digital drive that includes both a control package and a power supply. Customers can select from a range of options such as an LCD keypad, touch‑screen interface, external feedback position sensor, mechanical overload protection, multi‑axis controller, and various tooling‑ring specifications—including diameter, material, T‑slots, and fixture mounts—as well as vacuum‑table configurations, including multi‑zone options. Each indexer can be tailored for dial‑plate diameter and thickness, number of stations, fixture weight per station, single‑station load capacity, index and dwell times, elevation, and operating temperature range. Centricity also supplies part feeders. Typical applications span indexing, inspection, glass manufacturing, assembly, robotic painting, and testing. All indexing tables meet UL®, cUL®, and CE compliance requirements.
