Master Works manufactures hand‑crafted musical instruments, specializing in bowed psalteries as well as hammer and mountain dulcimers. The company also supplies a broad range of accessories, including cases, string sets, bridge bangers, dam pits, Delrin rods, dulci dusters, gooseneck tuning wrenches, single and double sided hammers, herdim picks, adjustable stands, bows, music holders, X‑brace and tabletop stands, monopod legs, buttons, straps, snarks, sound‑hole inlays, tuner clips and wrist‑rest pads. Instrument bodies are constructed from a variety of woods such as black and white, bocote, bubinga, canary, chechen, cherry, cocobolo, curly maple, koa, red heart, walnut, wenge, pernambuco, padauk, macassar ebony and quilted mahogany. Master Works’ service capabilities encompass on‑site installation, cleaning and refinishing, and restringing of finished instruments.
