Trico Poly Systems supplies polyurethane and resin metering, mixing and dispensing equipment for a broad range of applications. Its portfolio includes multi‑component cast urethane machines, MOOV vacuum‑metering units, versatile blending tanks, continuous slinger deaerators, as well as MOCA and HQEE grid melters. The process lines are engineered to handle reactive formulations that may be filled or unfilled and that span high to low viscosity ranges. Key features incorporate precise ratio control, servomotor drives, Coriolis mass‑flow measurement and touch‑screen data entry. Optional color modules can deliver up to six separate pigments, each fed individually to the mixing chamber. Available tank capacities range from 2 gallons to more than 200 gallons, with pressure and vacuum capabilities and a maximum operating temperature of 325 °F.
