W‑J, Inc. designs and manufactures custom feedscrews, mixers and related components for the plastics and rubber sectors. Its product line includes injection and extrusion feedscrews in both single‑ and twin‑screw configurations, as well as barrels, screw‑tip assemblies, nozzles, adapters, end caps and heater bands. The company fabricates these items from conventional carbon steels, tool steels and stainless steel, employing capabilities such as CNC machining, milling, turning, grinding and Plasma Transferred Arc welding. In addition to new production, W‑J, Inc. offers repair, rebuilding, reconditioning and on‑site troubleshooting services. All manufacturing is performed in the United States.
