Davis Fabricators, Inc. delivers custom metal‑fabrication solutions in aluminum, carbon steel and stainless steel. The shop produces a broad range of components such as conveyors, hoppers, both round and square tanks, dip tanks, parts washers, refractory molds, tundish mandrels, architectural structural elements, handrails, ladders, platforms, dust‑collection units, fans and fan housings, exhaust and supply ductwork for process air, as well as agricultural and industrial maintenance parts, crossovers, stairs and racks. Fabrication capabilities include a 200‑ton hydraulic press brake, a 400‑ton hydraulic press brake, shearing up to 3/8 in. × 10 ft., plate rolling of 1/2 in. × 8 ft. and 1/4 in. × 6 ft., hydraulic angle rolling of 3.5 × 3.5 × 3/8 in., automatic band sawing, 120‑ton punching, and CNC cutting on an 8 ft. × 12 ft. work area equipped with 100 A inner‑logic plasma and oxy‑fuel torch stations. Additional processes comprise painting, sand‑blasting, MIG, TIG and arc welding, line burning and plate beveling.
