EMC Precision delivers multi‑axis CNC, Swiss‑type and multi‑spindle screw machining for both plastic and metal parts, offering configurations of 3, 4, 5, 9 or 11 axes. The operation supports horizontal, vertical and thread milling as well as lathe turning. Post‑machining treatments include grinding, heat‑treating and plating, while additional processes such as cutting, annealing, carburizing, case hardening, drilling, nitriding, tempering and quenching are also available. The shop accommodates prototype builds, short‑run orders and low to medium volume production. Its customer base spans the aerospace, agriculture, automotive, appliance, marine and medical sectors.
