Dover High Performance Plastics manufactures custom valve seats, shaft seals, gaskets, and a broad array of components such as bushings, bearings, connectors, diaphragms, and various O‑ring types. The catalog also includes baffles, bobbins, clamps, liners, plugs, vanes, insulators, packings, balls, and wear strips. All parts are produced from materials including PTFE, polycarbonate, polypropylene, acetal, polyimide, Ryton®, and Ultem®. Machining capabilities feature precision CNC and screw machining with operations such as drilling, cutting, vertical and horizontal milling, boring, broaching, as well as engine, turret, and automated lathe processes.
