Ball Transfer Systems designs and manufactures both standard and custom industrial omni‑directional ball transfer units for heavy‑duty and light‑application uses. The product line includes flange‑mount, stud‑mount, disc‑mount, spring‑loaded, machined press, pipe, bolt‑down disk, round, black‑oxide press, and press‑in/bolt‑down ball transfer units. Each unit is constructed from zinc‑plated carbon steel or stainless steel and incorporates heavy‑duty nylon balls to ensure reliable performance. Applications span material handling, air cargo, work stations, outdoor nurseries, robotic electronics, shears, conveyors, sliding walls and doors, scales, tables, assembly lines, casters, and display stands. All manufacturing takes place in the United States, providing domestic sourcing and quality control.
