EagleBurgmann EJS manufactures metal bellows, fabric expansion joints and complete piping assemblies. Its product portfolio covers multi‑ply, toroidal, heat‑exchanger, high‑pressure/high‑temperature, FCCU, rectangular, tied‑weld‑end single, untied flanged universal, unrestrained metal, restrained metal, gas‑turbine, boiler‑penetration seals, metal gas‑turbine exhaust, gas‑turbine exhaust, pressure‑balance elbows, inline pressure‑balance, as well as single and universal expansion joints. The production capability ranges from 1 in. to 240 in. diameter and can handle process temperatures from –325 °F up to +2,500 °F and vacuum pressures up to 2,000 psig. Engineering services include 3‑D modeling, CAD design, finite‑element analysis, pipe‑stress analysis and a comprehensive quality‑assurance program. EagleBurgmann EJS also provides repair, refurbishment, condition‑evaluation and replacement for both metal and fabric expansion joints. Served markets comprise electric power generation, oil and petrochemical refining, pulp and paper processing, industrial and heavy‑equipment manufacturers and original‑equipment makers.
