Micro Analysis Inc provides quantitative organic micro‑analysis for a range of research and industrial applications. The laboratory operates on a small‑scale model but offers full reporting of results via phone or fax, and the laboratory director is available to assist clients in interpreting the data. Services include elemental determination of carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen, with carbon‑hydrogen analysis performed on an elemental analyzer commonly used by universities. Nitrogen can be measured by standard elemental methods or by Kjeldahl digestion. Direct oxygen analysis is offered, provided the sample does not contain phosphorus, fluorine, or more than one percent metal. Additional capabilities cover sulfur, chlorine, bromine, iodine, fluorine, and phosphorus ash determination in either dry or sulfated form. The lab also performs cation‑exchange testing.
