General Extrusions, Inc. produces aluminum extrusions and extruded components with tight tolerances as a lean operation certified to ISO 9002 and ISO/TS 16949:2002. The company can extrude profiles up to 12.5 in. wide and 53 ft long in a range of alloys, and also offers rod and bar extrusions, angles, channels, tubing and pipe. Its in‑house fabrication shop provides CNC machining, sawing, mitering, drilling, tapping, punching, blanking, notching, coining, boring and reaming, PEM and heli‑coil insertion, welding, forming, plasma cutting and final assembly. Anodizing, contract paint finishing and other mechanical finishing services are available, as are design and engineering assistance and short‑run prototyping. General Extrusions, Inc. supplies customers in the appliance, automotive, electronics, electrical, heavy‑truck and trailer, medical, metal‑service‑center, OEM machinery and equipment, office‑furniture, lighting, home audio/video, recreational‑equipment, valve and linear‑motion sectors. All products meet RoHS requirements.
