Augustine Die & Mold, Inc. and Augustine Plastics, Inc. deliver custom manufacturing solutions that include 2‑, 3‑, 4‑, 5‑ and 9‑axis CNC precision machining. The firms hold AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015 and HUBZone certifications and are ITAR registered. Their service portfolio spans tool and injection‑mold production, waterjet cutting, metal injection molding and bespoke plastic injection molding. Design and production are supported by CAD and CAM capabilities, vertical and horizontal milling, lathe turning, as well as wire and sinker EDM processes. Injection presses range from 55 ton units capable of 2.8 oz shots up to 880 ton machines delivering 125 oz shots, suitable for single‑cavity, multi‑cavity and family‑type molds. Both prototype development and full‑scale production runs are offered. Materials processed include aluminum, brass, stainless steel, tool steel and the majority of engineering plastics. Additional value‑added services comprise reverse engineering, heat treating, electropolishing, anodizing, labeling, hot stamping, ink‑pad printing and insert molding. The companies serve aerospace, defense, energy, medical, water and wastewater‑treatment sectors among others. Operations run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and all work is performed in the United States.
