Us Industrial Products Co., Inc manufactures toxic and combustible gas detectors as well as liquid leak detection systems. The product line includes both portable units and continuous‑monitor systems that operate from 115 V or 220 V AC or from 24 V DC. Each control module provides an audio and visual alarm, relay contacts, a 4‑20 mA signal output, and a meter display that can be set to show concentration in parts per million or as a percentage of the lower explosive limit. The gas‑sensor portfolio is divided into catalytic and semiconductor families. Catalytic sensors are tuned for selective detection of acetylene, hydrogen, ammonia, ethylene and general combustible gases. Semiconductor sensors cover trichloroethylene (TCE), perchloroethylene (PCE), vinyl chloride, fluorocarbons, hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen, ammonia, methane (including LNG) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). In addition, an optical liquid sensor is offered for detecting leaks in both above‑ground and underground storage tanks.
