Wheels MFG delivers contract manufacturing with capabilities that include precision screw machining and CNC part production. It works with every machinable metal and plastic, offering both custom‑made and standard fasteners as well as spacers, washers and standoffs. Packaging options cover skin and bagging, while die‑cutting, tumbling and vibratory finishing are employed to remove burrs and achieve polished surfaces. Additional processes comprise internal threading, thread rolling, broaching, secondary operations, and both centerless and OD grinding.
