Chemical Processing provides a full suite of surface‑treatment solutions, including phosphate coating, zinc electroplating, painting and organic finishing. The company also offers parts washing, alkaline degreasing, surface preparation of castings, rust removal, and chemical stripping of both organic and power coatings, with special handling procedures to protect delicate components from damage or distortion. Phosphate operations are performed using barrel, rack, or basket configurations, and the service portfolio covers zinc, heavy zinc, manganese, calcium‑modified, bonderizing, parkerizing, parco lubrite, dry phosphate, black phosphate, as well as combinations such as phosphate with wax, phosphate with oil, and phosphate with oil tested for 168‑hour salt‑spray resistance. Additional offerings include a phosphate finish that remains dry to the touch and an Endurion (UT‑500) conversion process.
