F E Inc. delivers high‑quality, precision Swiss screw machining capable of handling diameters up to 1 inch and processing a broad range of PTFE plastics as well as other engineered materials. The operation runs 60 Swiss‑type screw machines inside a 27,000‑square‑foot, climate‑controlled facility equipped with seven NAC pollution‑control units, enabling tight production oversight and short lead times. Material options include PTFE in any color, glass‑filled PTFE in any color, Hi‑T lrin, Acetron GP, CTFE, Ultem, Torlon, Rexolite, CR steel, stainless steel, aluminum and brass. A full suite of secondary processes is available, such as cross‑holes, slicing, notching, broaching, counter‑boring and drilling. The shop conforms to MIL‑I‑45208A, MIL‑STD‑45662 and MIL‑STD‑105 standards.
