Elder Rubber Co. designs, manufactures, and distributes a broad portfolio of rubber and plastic components, ranging from boots, bushings, cups, diaphragms, bumpers, valves, grommets, O‑rings, gaskets, seals, sponge materials, washers and vibration mounts. The company produces extruded, lathe‑cut and die‑cut items that can be butt‑ or miter‑joined, slit and cut to length, and finished with molded corners or adhesive backing. Its molded‑rubber capabilities encompass compression, transfer and injection processes. In addition to standard parts, Elder Rubber Co. supplies specialized components for brake master cylinders, power‑brake boosters, caliper and wheel cylinders, as well as various appliance applications. Custom‑specification valves are engineered to operate within defined opening and closing pressure ranges. Material selections include natural rubber, Neoprene®, nitrile, EPDM, silicone, Hypalon®, SBR and Viton®. The product line serves both military and automotive markets and complies with applicable ASTM standards.
