Straton Industries, Inc. designs and produces lock and split washers for aerospace, defense and semiconductor applications. The firm fabricates parts from titanium, carbide, molybdenum, brass, copper and aluminum. Its manufacturing suite includes 5‑axis precision CNC machining, milling, drilling, turning, heat treating, metal fabrication, welding and wire electrical discharge machining (EDM). Both prototype pieces and high‑volume production runs are supported. Additional capabilities cover assembly, inspection, jig grinding, flange work and aircraft component repair. All processes meet FAA approval.
