McGlennon Metal Products, Inc. delivers custom metal‑spinning solutions for a broad range of alloys and thicknesses. The shop operates five fully automated CNC lathes capable of spinning workpieces up to 50 in. in diameter, four semi‑automatic lathes that handle diameters as large as 84 in., and a series of manual lathes that can spin material to 120 in. in diameter. Secondary processes, including circle shearing, are performed as needed to complete the part. The company’s product portfolio emphasizes fan front panels, inlet cones, assorted fan components, lighting reflectors, and food‑processing equipment. Its customer base spans the commercial and agricultural fan and blower sectors, food‑processing machinery manufacturers, lighting producers, aerospace firms, and other specialty markets. McGlennon spins a variety of metals, such as carbon steel, galvanized and galvannealed steel, stainless steel, Inconel®, as well as non‑ferrous alloys including aluminum, copper and brass. Material diameters can reach up to 120 in., with thicknesses ranging from 24 gauge to 10 gauge. To ensure rapid turnaround, the facility maintains an inventory of more than 30 different gauges, sizes, and material types.
