Our Powder Coating delivers comprehensive surface‑finishing solutions, encompassing powder coating, sand blasting, liquid spray and wet‑paint applications for both low‑volume and high‑volume projects up to dimensions of 10 ft × 10 ft × 45 ft. The firm stocks more than 350 colors and works with a range of coating chemistries, including polyester, Skotchkote™ fusion‑bonded epoxy, standard epoxy and hybrid systems, while also offering military‑specification and Federal‑standard color selections. Production capabilities feature a continuous conveyor line for high‑throughput runs and a batch processing system designed for large, heavy items. Additional services cover interior lining of pipe, tanks and pipe connections, reinforcement bar coating, treatment of fabricated structural steel, fencing, casting, aluminum extrusion, as well as automotive, marine and defense applications. The company also provides wet‑paint spray finishes for vinyl plastic, fiberglass and metal substrates.
