Monroe Seals manufactures custom gasket seals, O‑rings and a broad portfolio of molded and extruded rubber components, including oil seals, spring‑energized seals and vulcanized seals. The company fabricates a variety of gasket types such as die‑cut, lathe‑cut, pressure‑sensitive adhesive, vulcanized, extruded heater, window‑frame, door, filter‑housing, lid and bumpers, as well as grommets, encapsulated O‑rings, molded metric O‑rings and machined PTFE seals. Standard‑size O‑rings are stocked for immediate supply. Production utilizes materials ranging from acrylic and aluminum to Viton®, PTFE, Buna (nitrile), cellulose fibers, ceramic paper, cloth‑inserted rubber, EPDM (sponge‑solid), epoxy glass, felt, fiberboard, fishpaper, gum rubber, silicone and neoprene (sponge‑solid). Monroe Seals’ capabilities encompass prototyping, compression molding, injection molding, liquid injection molding (LIM), transfer molding, splicing, assembly and packaging. The firm also offers Kanban inventory control and just‑in‑time delivery services.
