A.M. Gatti, Inc. designs and manufactures custom sapphire waterjet orifices, surface‑blasting and tube‑cleaning carrier heads, spray bars, nozzle adaptors and accessories for ultra‑high pressure waterjet cutting and blasting applications. The company produces high‑cohesive orifice assemblies that are tested in‑house at 50,000 psi and offers complete in‑house capabilities for housing fabrication, sapphire polishing and finishing, as well as assembly and testing of the orifices. Services extend to custom waterjet projects using 13‑8, 15‑5 and 17‑4 PH stainless steel, including production and subcontract machining and cutting, small‑part heat treating, bead and sand blasting, precision grinding and flat polishing. All products are manufactured in the United States.
