Buckeye Bobbin & Mfg. Div. supplies dielectric insulating bobbins, tubing and a broad range of related parts. The product line includes spiral‑wound, convolute‑wound and molded configurations, each fabricated from a diverse selection of materials such as high‑temperature alloys, high‑dielectric‑strength compounds, flame‑retardant formulations and U/L‑approved substances. Manufacturing processes cover slitting, punching, grinding, impregnation, threading, and the attachment of terminals and lugs as required. In addition to the core bobbin offerings, the division manufactures insulators, washers, gaskets, protectors, shields, spacers, bushings, shims, flanges, discs, grommets, dust covers, light shields, standoffs, fuse covers, chart rollers, liners, separators and switch covers.
