Roberts Swiss, Inc. provides precision CNC machining for a broad spectrum of metals and engineering plastics. The capability set includes aluminum, beryllium, brass, bronze, carbon, cobalt, stainless steel, copper, nickel, as well as gold, Inconel®, Monel®, Kovar®, ABS, acetal, acrylic, nylon, phenolic, PTFE, PVDF, polycarbonate and polypropylene. The shop offers a full range of processes—boring, broaching, drilling, knurling, milling, counterboring, gear hobbing, facing, thread milling, cutting, threading, tapping and turning—allowing parts from 0.01 in. to 1.5 in. in diameter and 0.03 in. to 24 in. in length to be produced within a tolerance of ±0.0001 in. Both prototype parts and low‑ to high‑volume production runs are supported. Roberts Swiss, Inc. serves customers in aerospace, agriculture, dental, electronics, food, marine, medical, military and pharmaceutical sectors. Design data can be submitted in SolidWorks® or AutoCAD formats. The operation complies with AS900 standards and holds FDA approval.
