Mearthane produces custom thermoset polyurethane components. Its portfolio includes parts for paper‑handling systems, textile rollers, premium in‑line skate wheels, gears, belts, bumpers, conveyor‑system elements, acoustic noise‑dampening assemblies, window and door hardware, pneumatic nailer protectors, submarine valve seals and tail‑end couplings. Materials are offered as solid urethane, open‑cell foam, closed‑cell foam, and conductive urethane. In addition, the firm supplies sheets, bars, rods, tubes and strips covering a durometer range from 5 Shore A to 80 Shore D. Manufacturing capabilities encompass open‑cast molding and conductive reaction‑injection molding.
