Cablevey Conveyors designs and builds custom cable‑ and disc‑based conveyor systems that transport products through sealed tubing without relying on air flow. The technology is capable of handling a wide range of items—including coffee, nuts, snack foods, breakfast cereals, flakes, powders, pellets, shavings, crumbles, granules, fluff and dust—while keeping product separation and degradation to a minimum. Because the tubes are dust‑tight and the equipment is energy‑efficient, it safely moves friable materials. Customers can select from numerous layout options that feature multiple inlets and discharge points, all of which can be tailored to specific requirements. Every unit employs the same cable and disc mechanism and typically runs at an average speed of 100 ft (30.48 m) per minute, with a maximum capacity of approximately 2,000 ft³ (57 m³) per hour.
