SAT Plating delivers nickel, chrome, copper and gold electroplating for a range of high‑performance polymers and composites, including polyether ether ketone (PEEK), polyetherimide (PEI), carbon‑fiber reinforced parts, SLA‑printed components, polysulfone (PSU) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). The company also extends plating capabilities to polycarbonate‑ABS blends, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), nylon and Kapton® substrates. Prototype runs and volume production are both accommodated, allowing customers to transition from low‑quantity testing to full‑scale manufacturing. SAT Plating serves the satellite and aerospace vehicle sectors, computer hardware, telecommunications equipment, and medical device and appliance industries. The operation is ITAR registered, ensuring compliance with U.S. defense export regulations.
