Machinery + Planning Inc. (Maplan) designs and manufactures rubber injection molding equipment for elastomers, liquid silicone (LIM) and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE). The product line spans clamp tonnage from 15 ton to 1,000 ton and shot capacities ranging between 10 cc and 26,000 cc. All machines are configured as vertical presses and can be equipped with top, bottom or part‑line injectors, built on tie‑bar or C‑Frame frames. Customers may select either the original FI‑FO unit or a screw/ram injection system, while a plunger‑type injector is offered for minimum‑shot LIM/LSR applications. Maplan delivers complete turnkey solutions that include mold design, prototype and production mold construction, and integration of automation. A broad portfolio of machine sizes is maintained to support customer trials and demonstration projects. The company’s service and training division is positioned strategically to provide prompt, experienced technical assistance and to ensure spare‑part availability for all Maplan press users. Additionally, the facility houses in‑house capabilities for rebuilding and refurbishing older Maplan presses.
