Covestro LLC is the United States subsidiary of Covestro AG, the German maker of polyurethane raw materials, polycarbonate and coating and adhesive raw materials, which has been majority owned by XRG, the international investment company of ADNOC, since December 2025. It runs the North American headquarters and an R&D hub in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and US plants including the Covestro Industrial Park in Baytown, Texas, its largest site in the Americas.
