Elastomeric Specialties, Inc. designs and manufactures custom specialty compounds, compression‑molded and die‑cut elastomer components, and a silicone‑based portfolio of electrically and thermally conductive film adhesives. The product line includes EMI gaskets, molded rubber parts and assemblies, environmental gaskets and seals, as well as silicone adhesives. Gaskets can be supplied as customer‑sized sheets, die‑cut pieces, molded in‑place or to a specific shape, oriented‑wire configurations, molded boots, molded shapes, and O‑rings. Typical gasket applications cover power supplies, electronic enclosures, handheld equipment, and functions such as absorption and isolation. Seal offerings span silicone, fluorosilicone, neoprene, EPDM, butyl, nitrile, and Viton®, addressing needs for abrasion resistance, chemical and oil resistance in harsh environments, and the handling of liquids, air, and gases.
