Keystone Forging Co. manufactures custom impression‑die hammer and press forgings as a dedicated job‑shop provider. The shop can handle material loads of up to 40 lb for ferrous carbon and alloy steels, and up to 20 lb for stainless steel, brass, aluminum, Monel® and Inconel®. Its service offering includes machining, heat‑treating and comprehensive testing. Quality is ensured through a MIL‑I‑45208 control system complemented by statistical process control, coordinate‑measuring machine verification and computer‑aided design integration. All material shipments are fully certified and traceable. Non‑destructive inspection methods such as Magnaflux and Zyglo are employed. The facility also produces eighteen drop‑hammer models ranging from 600 lb to 6,500 lb, and operates a 1,300‑ton maximum capacity press.
