ALCAT, Inc. supplies scratch‑resistant protective hardcoats engineered for plastic lenses, windows and a range of optical components. The coatings are offered on acrylic and polycarbonate sheets and can be ordered in multiple colors, thicknesses and dimensions. Product lines include optical thin‑film coatings that deliver high‑reflectivity mirrors, glare reduction or enhanced transmission, siloxane hardcoats, anti‑fog hardcoats, specialty UV‑cured coatings, and super‑hardcoats formulated for extended wear and superior hardness. In addition to coating services, ALCAT performs a broad suite of secondary operations such as optical injection molding, thermoforming, CNC precision saw cutting, shearing, die‑cut punching and blanking, steel‑rule die‑cutting, CNC routing and drilling, CNC machining, and laminating for multilayer optical filters and displays. The company also provides silk‑screen printing, clean‑room and ESD‑controlled assembly, mounting of frames and bezels, custom application of pressure‑sensitive adhesives, gasket installation, EMI/RFI shielding, plastic welding, bonding, joining, wrapping, masking and final packing.
