The operation can recover as much as 99 percent of the material that passes through its equipment, and every batch is treated to meet the specific moisture and particle‑size requirements supplied by the client. Available hardware includes a flat‑bottom spray dryer designed for heat‑sensitive chemicals and a conical spray dryer suited to ceramics, metals and a range of other substances. Atomization is achieved by centrifugal‑wheel, high‑pressure nozzle or pneumatic nozzle technologies, allowing the system to handle materials such as clay, molybdenum, tungsten, alumina, titanates, zirconia, water‑treatment chemicals, glass, mold powders, latex, porcelain and soap powders.
