Tri Transmission & Bearing Corp. designs and manufactures components and engineering solutions for large rotating machinery. The product line includes tilting‑pad, babbitted, self‑aligning journal bearings, elliptical sleeve bearings, combined journal‑thrust bearings, insulated bearings, as well as seals, floating seal rings and hydrogen‑compatible seals. These bearing families serve turbines, generators, gearboxes, fans, pumps and compressors. The company also produces variable‑speed fluid drives—both direct‑ and geared configurations—ranging from low‑power units up to 42,000 HP. Complex‑shaped parts are fabricated using 5‑axis CNC machining, covering impellers, fans and one‑piece forged components up to 40 in. diameter, while forged alloy‑steel shafts are offered for high‑stress applications. Additional rotating‑equipment capabilities comprise synchronous condensers, lube‑oil pumps, filtration units and cooling systems.
