ITW Graphics supplies thermally applied graphics in roll form designed for automated application. The company’s process delivers single‑ or multi‑color designs in a one‑step dry operation that uses heat and pressure to bond the artwork permanently to the substrate. Labels are constructed on a carrier film or on paper through a press‑building method. Heat‑transfer technology is compatible with virtually all thermoplastic materials and a wide range of thermoset plastics. In addition, the process can decorate wood, cloth, leather, textiles, paper, cardboard, both painted and unpainted metals, porcelain, steel, glass and ceramic surfaces. Typical end‑uses span toothbrushes, appliances, electronic devices, sporting equipment, promotional items and other products.
