Capri Tube, Inc. delivers comprehensive tube fabrication services, encompassing both cutting and deburring operations. The company works with a range of materials that includes carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper. Cutting can be performed on lengths from 0.1 in. up to 48 in., with outside diameters between 1/8 in. and 4 ¼ in., wall thicknesses from 0.01 in. to 0.25 in., and a length tolerance of ±0.005 in. Deburring capabilities cover diameters from 0.125 in. to 2.375 in., wall thicknesses ranging from 0.022 in. to 0.25 in., and lengths between 0.25 in. and 50 in. In addition to these processes, Capri Tube, Inc. supports both prototype development and high‑volume production runs.
